For mother's day (2014), my sister and I were planning a surprise dinner for my mother and we wanted to take her to a restaurant. We finally decided to take her to Filmi Dhaba (movie themed restaurant) It was my first experience visiting this restaurant. The name said it all. Right when you enter you saw pictures of many famous movie actors. The place looked very modern, but not only did people say that their food was good, but many famous people had also visited this restaurant when it opened. It was small, but classy for nights our with you family. I thought how they displayed their wine bottles was an excellent and appealing idea. Since this restaurant didn't have a buffet we had to order our food separately. For starters we had veggie rolls. We also tried peas and gravy, with Veggie Manchurian balls, and Naan as our main dish. The Veggie Manchurian balls were sour and sweet. They would make anyone's mouth water. I couldn't resist my self eating. For dessert we had rice pudding. It came to the point where our stomachs' were too full. My mother really enjoyed her surprise, and we were finally able to go home.
